Allergen Safety Guidelines
⚠️ In an emergency
- UK & EU: call 112 (UK also 999).
- US & Canada: call 911.
- Australia: call 000.
- Use your adrenaline autoinjector (EpiPen / Jext / Emerade) immediately at the first sign of anaphylaxis. A second dose can be given after 5 to 15 minutes if symptoms do not improve.
Using alli safely
- Treat alli as a guide, always confirm with the product label.
- Tell restaurant staff about your allergies directly, in person, every time.
- Keep your prescribed emergency medication with you at all times.
- Review and keep your allergen profile in alli up to date.
Limitations of AI allergen analysis
AI models and product databases can be incomplete, out of date, or misinterpret packaging text. Cross-contamination, recipe changes, and regional product variants may not be reflected in alli's analysis. Never rely on alli alone for a life-threatening allergy decision.
Anaphylaxis action plan
- Recognise symptoms: throat tightening, difficulty breathing, swelling, hives, dizziness, collapse.
- Administer your adrenaline autoinjector into the outer thigh.
- Call emergency services, say "anaphylaxis".
- Lie flat (or sit if breathing is hard) and wait for help.
- Use a second autoinjector after 5 to 15 minutes if needed.
