Refund Policy

alli Plus subscriptions
alli Plus is billed monthly or annually and renews automatically until you cancel from Settings → Subscription. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
UK and EU users, 14 day cooling-off
Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 and the EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU), you have a 14 day cooling-off period from your first purchase of an alli Plus subscription. We will issue a full refund if you contact us within 14 days and the premium features have not been substantially used.
After the cooling-off period
No refunds are provided for partial subscription periods once the 14 day cooling-off period has expired, except where required by applicable consumer protection law.
Service outages
If alli is unable to provide the service due to technical issues lasting more than 72 consecutive hours, a pro-rata refund will be issued for the affected period.
How to request a refund
Email hello@uralli.app with the email address on your account and the date of purchase. We respond within 5 business days.
